I emailed the seller earlier in regards to another auction, asking if he knew how to get in contact with Capitol Coin Grading Service, since I was interested in learning about their grading standards and guarentees. He replied that he did not know where they are located or how to get in contact with them because he had purchased the coins already graded and holdered.
Unfortunately, no one else had ever heard of Capitol Coin Grading Service, and only this one seller seemed to have quite a few coins graded by them.
