I need price guides for a 1907 High Relief St Gaudens MS63

Can anyone give me some opinions on what is a fair price?

In ANR's December 2003 sale, a PCGS MS-63 MCMVII High Relief brought $14,950. You can see the photo and description here.

WOW, its showing like $21000 on this site's guide. Why the huge difference?

Click on the previous lots to see the other two high reliefs that sold. One in MS64 NGC went for something between 18 and 19 grand and the other an NGC Proof 64 went for something in the range of $29,000.00 There is some controversy about these "proofs" and PCGS refuses to recognize them as such. Would have loved to have been at the auction to compare the two 64's side by side.
