I'm no cent expert, but that doesnt look MS66 to me.
you're right...that guy is a comedian. If he thinks that's better than any painting that he's seen, he's gotta be on acid.

That coin looks as though the ole' "oven" trick may have been applied but not sure.
Years ago, some folks would tone coins by baking them! I am not kidding here either. And no...that coin is not MS66 nor worth the $19.99 start price
God I Love Indian Head Cents more than any other coin!
