what is going on here?This is like a cat and mouse game.neg buyer vs. neg. bidder?talk about scams,never knew ebay was so full of them!!!!!!Great buyer AND seller?Boy he really came down on that one after relisting.$14,999 now down to $122.50.Now i`ve seen it all,at least i think i have.

If I were the seller, I would get the buyer's information and try to enforce the sale. A bid in an auction is a binding contract, no? For $14,999 it might be worth a shot.

the seller of that Mantle has -1 feedback, and it's his only feedback, so shouldn't his Positive Feedback be -100%?
