Registry points weighting question.

I was trying to figure the weighting for registry sets and was using Proof IHCs.
This is what I came up with. Grade + modifier weight + weight for date.
The modifier weights work easy 0=BN 1=RB 2=RD 3=CM 4=DC
The weight by the date doesn't work as smoothly. Looks like date with a 1 wieght gets 0. The best I could figure is 2 = 0.25. I'm not sure for higher numbers? just keep going up by 0.25?

Actually, a weight of 1 equals one. Let's pretend we have a set with two coins:
1965, weight of 1, graded MS65.
1966, weight of 2, graded MS66.
Weighted GPA would be MS65.67 as follows:
65
66
66
197 divided by three equals 65.67.
