  • Well in order of my preference I would say bbcexchange(ebay id),Mark Murphy and Dave & Adam's

  • Packs like racks and cellos are not so much searched as they are "sequenced". For example, Racks and cellos are load with a looping sequence of cards. So, if you know that "Joe Schbotnik" comes 6 in front of your favorite HOF rookie in the sequence, you buy every "Joe on top" pack you can get your hands on. The seller knows there is a chance of a good card inside, you have an almost certainty. Many of these sequences are well known and well guarded secrets for obvious reasons.
Wax is safer, but certainly some of the wax product has been searched and resealed as well. I think you basically have to go with sealed cases and then you are at a large $ amount. Opening older product is almost certainly a money losing proposition unless you have some experiemce and know how to get in at the right price and have a trustworthy source. Turstworthy not just that it is original and unopened but that their product does not contain a large amount of o/c cards.
Save your money and just buy the cards you want. It will probably be cheaper in the end.

Fuzz - is there really such a thing as trustworthy on the issue of centering?
