RCM says they never charged me!

Back in June(8 months ago) I purchased $274 worth of Special Unc Sets, now they send a letter saying they never charged my card. I think I would have known if I was'nt charged, now I have to go back and look. What if I was someone who could"nt afford to get hit with an unexpected $274 bill? What are your thoughts?

    Then you shouldn't be buying $274 worth of stuff you couldn't afford.

    The key here would be unexpected! Your probably right though, if a person could'nt afford a $274 bill, he probably would have known for sure that he had'nt been charged and would be expecting a bill!

    People aren't going to be charged $274 (once, twice or more) from RCM unless they place an order, so how can the charge be unexpected?

    If you mean an unexpected double charge, that should be very apparent to the card holder, and fixable.

    I guess I thought I had been charged. Some were returned twice, so I'll have to figure out what I got credit for, it still may be a mistake on their part. I guess Im just pissed about the hassle, were talking 8 months ago!
