Uncirculated bank sets.

These were five regular issue denominations from either mint packaged in
a rigid plastic case and housed in a green or red box. There is a small "fold-
er" enclosed with information about the individual coins including the date
of the coins. These are interesting because they are obviously mint set coins
and contain the small mint tokens as are found in the mint sets.
If memory serves they sold for around $12 and were issued at least from
1989 to 1994. They are sometimes seen with a sticker for the bank which sold
them.
Any more information would be appreciated no matter how trivial.

Which bank is on the package ?
The only one I have with a sticker says "Compliments of South Chicago Savings Bank".
I have seen others but I'm not certain of bank name. There was a display of these in
some branches of the First National Bank of East Chicago in the early '90's for a year
or two. These were seemingly all packaged by one outfit over a period of years for sale
at banks due to their extreme uniformity. I'd be interested to know if this was a local
thing or if there are other locales as well.
It is curious that they used mint sets for these since recent date sets in those days had
substantial premiums and the quality of coins made for circulation had improved to the
point that most people wouldn't notice much difference. The quality of the packaging is
quite good.
