Gosh darned thing is driving me mad!!!

I am trying to renew my Collector's membership and the bloody site will not accept my change. It keeps giving me an error that my password and username can't be "". This looks like a db issue to me. I am not happy!!! What the heck can I do about this? Has anyone else seen this silliness?
