Question on buyer who wishes to get out of auction.

I had this happen on an auction I had close this evening.
I read an email, to late to do anything about it, that he wished to retract a bid, but he hadn't retracted it yet. He won the auction. Do I just ignore this and relist or should I just give a second chance offer. Also what about the danging feedback from the bidder that wishes to recend?
This guy should have just retracted his third bid.
Thanks All, mike

There are those new to eBay who might take it lightly, but make no mistake, it is a real auction.
He actually bid three times. Zero FB. Maybe I should just relist to avoid, wharever.

If not interested then relist it.
Btw the winner is also the current high bidder on this auction.

Report him as a non-paying bidder so you get your fees back and relist

Besides, if you have a return policy, chances are he would invoke it anyway.
