Jefferson full step question

So there is only one 1960 D jefferson full step known. Do full step collectors pay a premium for near full step in that date or is it an all or nothing designation?

PCGS is actually lenient, only requiring Five Steps. NGC is more in line with what diehards would call Full Step, requiring all Six to be clear. they have recently softened, changing to the Five Step/Six Step requirement and designating as such. i need to see Five clean and unbridged steps.
1953-s is a tough date. no doubt your buyers compromised with the closest thing they thought they'd find. MS64 Jeffersons aren't the prettiest sight to behold. i think you did well.
