Submission question - more than 25

I want to submit another batch of cards for the set registry. I have 25+ cards this time.
I've used the online submission form recently, but know that there's only slots for 25 cards on 1 form. Do I need to print out another form? Either way, I'm assuming I can put them all into 1 shipment?

Thanks!

OG - Print out another form, and cross out the 2nd (and 3rd and so on) submission #'s, and write by the # 1 of 2, on your 1st page and 2 of 2 on your 2nd. Fill out all the info just on your 1st page of how many total cards, their value & the shipping and you shouldn't have a problem....jay
  • I just print out the completed form, then re-use the same form, keeping the same Submission Number and refilling in all the card info for cards 26-50. I then print out the same form again. Finally I cross out the 1-25 numbers and write in 26-50 to their left.

  • I used Excel and re-created all the columns that were on the original form.

  • There was another discussion on this a few months ago, but can't seem to find it. I like the excel spreadsheet idea. I use a Word version of that for more than 25 cards (same look as the submission form).

  • I have an 82 card submission at PSA right now. I used the spreadsheet method for this one. On the submission form, I wrote - "See Attached Sheets". I guess it worked - I haven't been contacted by anyone about it.

In case you're interested, here is a previous thread on the topic.

  • Seems like PSA could improve this by asking "how many cards might you be submitting"? and generate
a form accordingly so we didn't have to do the archaic "cross out the wrong number and write in
    the number+25

    You would think so! image

It's not a big deal to me now since I produce a spreadsheet for every submission that I send in anyway (for my own purposes).

1967 - Who says you have to do that? I've had dozens of PSA submissions and I never cross out a # and rewrite it.
If I'm submitting 50 diff cards, i would take 2 sheets and leave the numbering in tact. My 1st sheet would have the info on the 50 card total, which would jive w/ the 2 sheets of 25. PSA will verify that my enclosed cards are 50 and thats what 2 pages of 25 equal...jay
