PCGS SUBMISSION QUESTION

Would like some advice:
I have several PCGS Submission forms completed: Free Submissions, Crossovers, Quarter Coin Submission and Membership submission.
Can I pack up all submissions into one package - total all coins/Declared Value to pay Postage and Handling Fees based on all submitted in one package,
Determine Postage and Handling costs per form based on each declared value and # of coins on each submission form and ship in same package, and/or
Determine Postage and Handling costs per form based on each declared value by form and # of coins and ship in separate packages.
If I total all coins and declared values up and ship in one package it results in less cost for postage and handling both going and return.
Thanks for the input.

That would add up to 10 days so they can process the error on the submission...

If they did you could probably successfully complain since the invoice would be dated and you could show that when you submitted the coin it's grading was free.
