It reminds me of John Ford telling the story of how when those puppies were being lugged out of the mint New Netherlands was getting them in so fast that they were piling up on the entire office floor and to get from one side of the office to the other one had to walk across the bags of these 'rare' coins.

Other than a MS-70 coin practically all of them DO have bagmarks. Some are just worse than others. So it isn't a lie.

I was wondering when the next Coin Vault smashing thread would come around...it's been a while I saw them offering 4 Morgans and 1 Peace (all looked dipped or polished/cleaned) for I believe $190 LOL Ya gotta love 'em for pure entertainment value.

Here's the thing. they are still getting your average person interested in coins. Everyone has the right to charge whatever they want for a product or service. The more important factor is getting folks interesed in coins. (flame away)

Couldn't they get the average person, or even more average people, interested in coins by offering them at ONLY 200% of their actual value, not 500%? Would sound a little more ethical to me. But they do have the right, and somebody does have to pay for those props...
