Thanks for the opinions and feedback. I just got it and was a little freaked out because it is raw and my grading skills are fairly limited. I would normally stick with the slabbed stuff only, but I got this from a dealer who was recommended to me by several different people on this forum and seemed to be a "straight shooter".
They had it listed as VF20. They were willing to negotiate with me on the price, so I got a pretty good deal on it, if I can get it slabbed at that. I have some other draped bust coins in VF, but I have been wrong in the past about grades...
As you know by now, the only way to know for sure is to get it graded. If it comes back VF-20 or better, you got a good deal and found a dealer you can trust. It doesn't get any better than that ! nice coin !!!
