yes I'm a 129 time buyer but I got an email saying A27 FPA NOTICE: eBay Password Reset and they say the infro I give them is wrong what is the next step to getting a darn password back?

    Do what I told you. Go to the home page and go to preferences and change your password NOW . Ebay will never ask you this info-they alreadyhave it. There 's a lot of identity thieves and the last thing you need to do is give ANYONE your password. Go to preferences and change it NOW. Whennever you get anything that remotely looks suspicious-forward the email to spoof@ebay.com
  • I would go to eBay and search by bidder for myself to make sure someone hasn't stolen your ID and started buying a bunch of junk!

  • I just recieved a scam email that sure looked pretty good. Something about somebody trying to log into my account three times with a bad password and I should fill out the form below. SCAM!

    The grammer in this sentence tipped me off:

    You (or someone else) entered three times wrong the password to log in with your eBay ID

    Anyway I forwarded it to spoof@ebay.com and they replied "Thanks we are working on that one".
