Yes those are all modern fantasies probably noy more than 45 years old or about 40 years less than they have supposedly been "in the same home". The three pieces are probably worth about ten dollars total.
I have 6 of them on my desk-in front of me. They were made in the late 1960s and early 1970s and are "tokens." The 1854 1/2 I have has toned a gorgeous fire ball orange and blue on the reverse. Too bad they have very little value.

I had just such an "estate" coin myself- a California gold "token" that was soldered onto a hat pin. It was in my grandmother's jewelry box.
