I think there are other threads too if you search but you should get the point from the last one. I did receive some stuff from them after 10 months of constant harrasment
STAY AWAY , a couple of years ago i bought a set of 76 topps bb from that jerk. advertised as "made from the BEST of an unopened vending case" . nearly a month later the cards came and were clearly vending rejects. oc, mc, and about 100 of the cards were plagued by tiny surface wrinkles. no response to emails, i gave up. since then i learned a couple of things.
1- unless you know the seller, the potential for getting screwed on buying raw when you cant physically see them is enormous.
2- WAXME = stay away

One of eBay's most interesting psychological studies and worst sellers to deal with. He's so bad it's actually comical...until he eats your cash faster than pac-man and vanishes into his alter-personality.
I am still trying to get my money back from a $2,000 1974 Topps Wax Box. They cashed my check and never sent me the merchandise. It has now been one year and I am still fighting with them. Does anyone have any suggestions?
They'll back down if you threaten them. Tell them you'll contact the authorities there and they'll wuss. If they don't then actually do it - once they get a sniff they'll get you your money. Too bad they took their feedback private, because it had some doozies in there. Some really hilarious stuff.
