Special THANKS to Stephanie at PSA

I posted a week or so back that my cards I sent to PSA got mixed up with other cards I sold on Ebay and they were sent just Priority Mail.. I was a nervous wreck, I had a Brady SP crossover and a Pennington SP crossover- both for my set. I sent them the 20th of January and they hadn't been entered into the PSA database as of Feburary 4th.. I emailed and called, trying to find my submission. Everyone I talked to said, be patient, it was Super Bowl week. I still was concerned they were lost. Well yesterday I talked to Stephanie Diaz in customer support. She told me that she'd personally go downstairs and find them. She told me that she'd personally enter them into the system and email me when she found them. I was thinking they were long gone and lost in the mail. I received my email last night from Stephanie, telling me she located and entered my cards. WHAT A RELIEF!!! This is why I choose PSA for my grading needs! She took my feelings personally and found my cards. PSA is lucky to have people who care about there work.. I learned a valuable lesson, but mostly I learned just how far PSA will go.. What a great company... I just wanted to share my story.. I also emailed Stephanie telling her about the same thing..
