I remember them having only ONE show on a Saturday last year. There will be NONE this year. It might have to do with the availability of the room but that's just a guess.
Great to see everyone there, very well attended show this time.Did'nt buy a thing but I sure was drooling over a 1972 Lincoln DDO that had the motto "In God We Trust"really doubled.Had to leave early (I HATE that).but no biggie the next show is Mar.7.

This coin came out about a year after I started seriously collecting. I was a kid them, and found the discover, and ability to view one very exciting. BTW, when they first came out, Harry J. Forman was selling them for $50 a piece, and you could even buy a roll or two of them. Harry was fortunate to have aquired a lot of them at the time they were discovered.
I was just out of high school when these came out but like a dummy I thought I'd find one in change and trust me I really looked instead of getting in on the ground floor and just buying one back then.
Friends are Gods way of apologizing for your relatives.
Most dealers are at their shops on Saturday making real money..or at least trying to..to take off on their busiest day to do a small show doesn't make cents to most of them

Mind your own bizness shorty.
Shiroh can cause controversy in Anaheim show threads. Nobody else can do that.
Make sure to reserve a dumpster for me.

OK. Here's the scoop. They polled the dealers if they wanted to have Saturday Shows in Anaheim and it was resounding NO.

Glen,I like that story of how you came upon one, talk about luck!
I tried to find one in change too, but never did. Back then as a kid, $50 was a lot of money so I didn't buy one either.
