Anyone else having problems with QuickOpinion lately???

I put in a request for a Quick Opinion on Feb 1/04 (2:30 pm). Still no response yesterday (odd, since they have been responding in about 6 hours in the past). I call their customer service and I was told that they were all in California for a meeting. They gave me the e-mail of someone to contact and advised to send my inquiry to him. Still no response today. I again contact customer service and was told that due to a "glitch" in the system, that they are processing and billing the orders, but the authenticators are not getting the requests. I was given another e-mail to contact and told that they will process my order.

Needless to say, I'm frustrated. Fortunately there is a couple more days in the auction.

Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up, and I will keep you posted on any further progress, or lack thereof...
