PSA Review vs. Cracking Out

I'm curious as to how many folks on here have submitted holdered PSA cards for "Review" to PSA. What has been your experience with this procedure? Is a "Review" any better/worse in terms of getting a card's grade changed compared to cracking the card out of its slab and resubmitting it raw? I had a couple of cards on my most recent submission (which overall was pretty much as expected) that I simply cannot believe got a 7 instead of an 8 -- even after 20X magnification I still can find nothing. Any help is appreciated!

    If i send one back to PSA "cracked out", i will send thru a friend of mine who is submitting cards. Out of about 10 high dollar cards sent,
    3 came back with a better grade. It's like shooting dice with PSA,GAI,SGC,BVG. It comes down to which side of the bed did they wake up on?
