US Special Mint Set Proof 1965 -S-S not in guide

I cant seem to fine this proof set in the guide. Can somewone help me..

    It's not a proof set, so it's probably listed under mint sets. What guide?

    They were designated by the mint as "Special Mint Sets" hence SMS. There are privately
    assembled sets which would be different but the government sets of 1965 were in flat
    pliofilm packets with a blue token. The coins are a Proof/ Mint state hybrid and were made
    in lieu of mint or proof sets. Coins vary widely in quality and the way they were made but
    often appear to be proof or proof-like.
