Heritage Long Beach Auction Notifications

I was not notified that I had a winning bid, but found that I was the winning bidder when I checked Heritage's website for "invoices." Did I miss their email or did they not send out notifications?? cheers, alan mendelson

I received an email saying I won.
  • I haven't received any notifications via email for the last few auctions where I won lots. May be due to their relocation or being swamped from FUN, LB weekly CAA etc....

They are s......l.....o.....w........ at getting out invoices for the signature sale. I usually pay right away and still get an invoice some days later - haven't gotten one yet (but do have my coins). image

I also noticed that I won a lot under "my invoices". The e-mail came a day later.

All the coins I won were in the first session. Maybe that is why I received my notification?
  • I get nothing e-mail wise anymore. Found my win in my invoices. They mail one out much later.
