Funny little story I think you guys might like

I was at a show recently and someone brought up what kind of coin they carry as a pocket piece. If I remember correctly the person I was talking to pulled out a worn Morgan dollar. I knew I could top them so I pulled out my 1879 $10 Lib and we all had a little chuckle. Well, at this point a firend of mine walked up and saw that I had pulled out my pocket piece so he pulled out his.......... 1793 Wreath Cent slabbed ms65 SPECIMEN! We all had a good laugh about this as I am sure you guys can understand. image

anyone top this?

I can't top it, no. For two years I've been carrying a 2001 Silver Eagle. A gold piece is definitely cooler.

Not exactly, JB, but have you considered buying an 1804 Dollar for occassions like that? image
