Well, looks like he got a little over 1% of what he thought it was worth.

  • That's a dandy....

    - Lincoln "penny"
    - grade in title and description does not match picture
    - is that a home made slab?
    - quotes PCGS prices with generic slab
    - not even one percent make ms70....try one hundredth of one percent..on a good day
    - I could go on and on

And he already has a bid. image
  • If you think that is bad, check out state quarters and 1999 and up proof sets some guy is trying to sell. A load of lots of all plated quarters with rediculous prices as if they were worth something now!image

IT'S HARD TO READ WHAT THE MORON SAYS WITH HIS CAPS LOCKED. JUST WHAT DID THE AUCTION SAY?
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

To us detectorists, a "pop top" means an aluminum pulltab off a soda can- the bane of our existence, in other words. How did "Top Population" ever get abbreviated backwards?

Speaking of backwards, that pretty much sums up the seller in those auctions, with his all-cap screaming, generic slabs, and PCGS priceguide quotes. Typical. image

Remember it's not how you pick your nose that matters, it's where you put the boogers.

For $10, the new owner will probably crack out and either re-submit to a "known" TPGS or just stick it in a album.

    PCC? Another third world TPGS.
Everything starts and everything stops at precisely the right time for precisely the right reason.
  • South Carolina State Quarter:

"THIS COIN IS ONE OF A VERY SMALL NUMBER IN EXISTANCE. THIS COIN WAS PREFESSIONALLY GRADED BY PCC PREMIER CERTIFIED COINS AND PCGS GIVES IT A VALUE OF SEVRAL THOUSAND DOLLARS"

Well, since it was "prefessionally" graded I'm OK with it....NOT!

Chicolini: Mint? No, no, I no like a mint. Uh - what other flavor you got?

I can think of a dozen reasons not to have high capacity magazines, but it's the reasons I haven't thought about that I need them.
