Has anyone seen those new NGC holders for state quarters?

This may have already been touched upon, but I was on the website and saw this slab below. I was planning on joining their club and found out this came free with each sign-up.
Reason for joining NGC is because I like the way their holders look with certain coins. Just like I like the way PCGS holders look for most everything else. Anyway.....here is the slab:
Anyone ever see it? What do you think about it? Good idea? Bad idea? I kind of like it. But, how to be sure that every coin is as the grade states? Do they average the grades?

The PCGS premium (2003 Eagle) only sold for $10.19, so I like the NGC quarter set

Why not? If all five coins are indeed MS65s, what's the difference of just writing one "MS65" vs. "MS65 MS65 MS65 MS65 MS65"?
That said, I'm not a big fan of the multiholders from either NGC or PCGS.

I don't think it's ever been stated or implied that all five came from the same mint set. It seems perfectly reasonable to me that NGC picked out five coins because they were all the same grade. Chance had nothing to do with it.
PCGS has these type holders also. I inquired about them and was told that they are available on bulk submissions only! 100 coins or more of each date, mm and denomination. You have to submit, in the case of the quarters, at least 500 coins and then the top matching grades are put in the holders. They are graded first. Im told, prior to going into the holder.
I don't know what NGC requires but they are nice looking for sure!

Eventually NGC plans on issuing multi-coin holders with each coin graded but at first they would only accept matching grade, previously graded NGC slabbed coins for re-holdering into the new multi-coin holder at a cost of $8 per coin unless the coins are 70's. In that case the re-holdering cost was $40 per coin. I very strongly suspect though that they also let some major submitters send in huge numbers of proof sets and then built matching sets for them from the proof sets (even though supposedly that wasn't possible yet).
