Online Pop Report / Gold Membership

When I looked at the listing of benefits on the gold level collector's club, it has 1 year of online pop report listed.
I just tried to check the online pop report and the system wanted to bill me. Am I missing something??

Mine didn't work initially either. I called them up and they fixed it on the spot for me.

You need to register an email address and password with customer service and then you will be set to go.
