Finds and a grade challange

heres what i found today at Rite Aid
1940 ,56 and 58 nickels.
a $1 1995 series A* (star note)
and a hot Arkansas quarter that looks very high grade and no surface scratches. might be a MS65++ im gonna work on getting pictures up tonight and ill probably start a new topic for it. but i think its a MS66 personally.
at what point do you get one of these graded?
