got from bank today

Was at the bank today and decided to ask if they had any dollar coins. I still like to get sac's and sba's to spend. She said she had a few rolls of dollars in the vault and went to get them. She called out that she had 4 rolls and asked if I wanted all 4 so I said sure. She comes walking out and hands me 4 rolls of Ike's..lol I wasn't expecting that.image

    Not really, there was 27 Bicent's with a couple that might go low MS but thats it. 4 rolls is pretty weighty though..lol

    I found $100 this week also....nothing special but it goes with my other $125 worth image


    lets see that gives me $250 worth .......whoppieeeee!

    Because you only need one roll of them in a sock to knock someone out with it.. need at least 2 rolls of the sac/sba type..image

    I like to get Ikes, if the are really well cir and give them to folks and watch what happens. Sometimes they won't take em.

    On a side note, I made a bet with one of my students, when he said how much I said "A Benny". He said "a 100 bucks"? I said, "no a Benny". He thought then I was making fun of him and the way he talked (a penny in his mind) I went to my desk a got the half dollar out. HE had never seen one. Heck most of the class had never seen one. You know, it was great fun teaching them about older coins. A few brought in some coins over the next couple of days, asked me when the next coin show was...................

    I may have gotten a few more hooked
