QUESTION CONCERNING LEBRON JAMES NBA DRAFT REDEMPTION CARD

Hello,

I have posted some pics of the Lebron James #1 Draft Pick 2002-2003 TOPPS FINEST NBA DRAFT REDEMPTION cards. On one card, the back specifically reads 241/250, on the other reverse, there is no such number. Can someone explain why? Is one card false? Is one card more authentic or more special than the other? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. I also included a pic of the front of the card.

The numbered exchange card is for the numbered refractor version, the other is for an unnumbered regular card. The refractor is valued twice as much as the base card. There is also a gold refractor (# to 25), that is the real valuable version.

  • the Regular redemption cards are not serially numbered
the Refractor redemption cards are serially numbered /250
the Gold Refractor redemption cards are serially numbered /25

it appears you have both the regular rookie redemption and the refractor version.

    hope this clears it up
