heritage auction, i am confused

i bid $400.00 ($460.00 with bp ) on lot 5407 on last night's heritage auction

bidding closed and i lost.

now the coin is being offered @ $425.00 as a buy it now.

i am confused------can someone explain this to me please.

Maybe the reserve was not met. Then the seller had set a second reserve if it didn't sell.
