If it was truly a MS-70 you would think the seller would send it in to PCGS or one of the other ones in the top 3 so it would be easier to sell and bring a premium. I have never heard of that grading service and would never trust a MS-70 grade from an obscure slabber like that.

I think PCC used to be known as Fred's Grading Service before he bought some slabs to store his pocket change in.
