Now that I have your attention.
Just received back from PSA a 64' Del Crandall Topps card that was graded a psa 8.
The funny part of the grade is that the holder description says that its card #136, World Series.
I would guess that this would be a pop 1 of the card, anyone have an idea of what a pop of one psa error card would go for of a 64 Crandall?
Seriously, anyone ever have this happen to you? Will PSA re-do the holder at no charge?
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

This is what PSA referes to as a "mechanical error".
I'm guessing its easier to blame the machines than to call it "human error"...
And yes - PSA will re-encapsulate it at no charge. Just fill out a submission form with the card info and write "Mechanical Error" across the invoice. Make sure that you don't include any credit card info on the form or they will use it to charge return shipping! (I made that mistake once).
Sets - 1970, 1971 and 1972
