Vintage 7s and 8s -- are you happy with them? If so, then great. Getting vintage 8s is wonderful -- I would be happy.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

At one level, how you did with the grades is purely dependent on how you thought the grade would be when you sent them in (i.e., if you get a 2 on a card that you knew was a 2 but sent in anyway because it's extremely valuable, you're doing fine).

At another level, you did fantastic. 5 8s, 4 7s, and a 6 out of a 10 card submission of 1955 Topps means you added a lot of value to the cards by grading them (especially since a Killebrew rookie was one of the 8s).
