Tadano-In or Out?

I'm sure by now most baseball fans have heard about this story. If not, here you go. I got around to seeing if he has any cards and what impact the news had and it's pretty much as I thought. He only has cards in Just product so far, and they spiked up immediately after the story broke, but are slowing down. While he says he isn't gay, this probably will stick with him for his whole career, or until a bigger name or active player comes out, which is only a matter of time. The first will probably be some scrubby player who wants to become a media phenomenon for a couple months before getting released and balcklisted after the season. But if a star player ever does, that will be something.

    sorry. I would Not buy any cards
    because this news story will go
    away fast and the value of the
    cards (if any) will too.

    I know this is far fetched, but if Tadano were to come up, pitch is butt off, take and help Cleveland win the world series - well, I don't think those fans would care if he wore a dress and howled at the moon every 28th of the month! But, I agree, this will stick with him - there'll be no Big Mac commercials for this guyimage
