The coin I was going to bid $1000 on is currently going for $1495.
What's your favorite thing to do when someone snags "your" coin at an auction.

Return after the few days and figure another will show up sooner or later. Then the whole above process is done again usually....
Quack..
Oh well, who needs an 1929-S Walker in MS64 anyway?
Now I have to figure out what to spend my bonus on.

But I wanted THAT one.

It's not my coin. So I don't do anything. If it were my coin no one would have bid higher than me

I agree - I cannot belive what some people are paying for coins these days. The other day I was overbid on a coin I wanted that finally sold for 140% over current auction trends. I can't compete with the uninformed.....
You are doing well, subject 15837. You are a good person.
Feel bad for a bit that a coin I had taken time to select and bid upon will not be coming to live with me. Wonder if I'll find another I like as much, then remember that more always come along.
