The white spots on the obverse are lint.
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

i see what looks like friction on the obverse portrait and several areas that look like the tone has been disturbed or the luster broken. considering it's a softer alloy, i don't interpret the Monticello as struck that well, average only. not only is the sixth step barely visible, the fifth step is weak and bridged with other step areas exhibiting bridging. i also view that long vertical line just to the right of the third pillar as a scratch. the detail on the building is weak in my picture, i can barely make out the spindles for the railing. overall, i find the coin to be low on the eye-appeal meter.
sorry for the detailed critique, but you asked.

I can't see the rub in my picture so I'm assuming it's not there. I can't make out the detail in the steps but I'm assuming they're all there based on the strength of the strike around it.
I'm also assuming that mark on the left of the 4 pillars is just from the picture and not on the coin. If it's a mark on the coin I'm going 65FS.
As far as the strike - it looks pretty strong to me, every line is well-defined and bold.
