Need help identifying Dempsey boxing card

Hey guys,
I need some help correctly identifying a card. I was going to send this card in with a recent submission of boxing cards but wasn't sure which set it is from. I would say it is on slightly thicker board than that which was used for the T205'S & T206's.
According to the boxing book I have, it is from a series of anonymous 1920's strip cards designated ACC-W580 and from Thailand? Is this correct? What should I put on the psa submission form?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have no clue what it is, but it sure does look like the Sporting News M101-4, M101-5 series of cards.
