It looks like there's a die clash on the obverse. And is that a dead cat hanging from the coat of arms on the reverse???

No it's not. I'm considering buying it, but the price is over $110.

$110 is already too much for the coin. I don't know how to grade these, considering it's the first one I've ever seen, but judging by the hair detail on the bust, I wouldn't guess it was much better than VF.

What you refer to as a dead cat is what is called the "golden fleece".
