Weird -- SGC grading PSA/DNA certified cards?!

I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

This would seem to mean that this card which was originally distributed by Acme Reproductions and certified by PSA/DNA (but not graded by them) is now in an SGC slab. I'm thinking that the card didn't show up at SGC in a PSA/DNA holder and the verbiage on the label was the only way to accurately get the point across. I could be wrong of course but thats how I see it.
