Yes, their website does suck. So do their raw (and sometimes slabbed) gold coins. I regularly go to their store (in St. Louis) and view their auction lots. Some, especially the raw ones, are quite scary. Another good lesson in avoiding raw gold, especially sight unseen.

Call their 1-800 number and ask for the results.
