Indian, maybe Persian? I would say 1600's to mid 1800's, but possibly much older too. Coins from this part of the world are tricky, because the pieces from the 1700's to 1800's don't look much more modern than
the medieval coins.

I'm pretty sure that's the Iranian Lion and Sun motif. Try 18th century Iran copper faluses.
