"cloudy" older PSA slabs?

Older Case
Newer Case
The newer style case has more "notches" along the edges of the case. Of the 60-70 PSA cards I own, only 3 of them are the "older" style. Of those 3, one of them looks clean, another has the two bottom corners "white" just like the example scan, and the other has a little bit of white on the upper right edge in the same area as the example scan.
Anyone else have these older slabs they can comment on?
