Yep, closed the gates and came back in. I do still have some boy scouts in the campground though.

Gotta remember Don, most folks down here do not know how to drive on the white stuff. And if they get stuck, yours truley has to get the tractor and pull them out.

Because for most counties in eastern North Carolina, the past sucked and the present isn't much better -- it's the poorest part of the state. Besides, "Gateway to the Future" sounds a lot better than one county's former motto: "Welcome to Klan Country."
