Nice looking coin, but I don't think I agree with the 67 or the *.

    That's a star for a Columbian!
  • I tell ya what - they haven't seen really nice Columbians - at the FUN show there were some awesome ones that would've kicked this one's butt from here to next week!
  • but I don't think I agree with the 67 or the

Man I don't know......... That's a sweet looking Columbian image

I'd sure like to see it in person.

  • I like the coin, alot. I'd reserve opinion on the grade until I could see it with my own eyes.

But, some of the description is very strange!

It has a gentle original lustrous film...

The few marks that you do see on the super sized scans are in the luster and not on the coin.

He makes it sound like this is spray-on luster that was applied imperfectly! image

    Personally, I like this coin.

I don't know if it should grade 67, but the star designation sure seems appropriate to me.

hey, tough crowd today. probably a reflection on the seller more than the coin. it appears to be PL/EDS to me and as such any mark would be exaggerated. my only problem with Columbians is that there are a boatload of them to pick from and the price of the higher graded coins always strikes me as inflated. this one's way to expensive for me and i'd imagine some diligent searching could locate a more attractively priced coin with better color.
