That reminds me of a 1968 Mantle PSA 8 auction a while back where the slab was not visable in the picture. I wrote and the person told me that it had been in a PSA 8 holder, but "her grandfather" decided to take it out because it was harder to store.

I didn't realize that PSA had revised their PSA 8 definition to read Very Good Mint condition.I must read up on these PSA updates.
