"Jim's T206 HOF's Honus+" Set on the Registry

I recently added my T206 cards to the list of "T206 HOF Players" on the
registry and I came across this set: Jim's T206 HOF's Honus+.
It is only a few cards, not even close to 100% completion, but this
collector has an amazing little group of cards registered! It's too
bad that no images of the cards are posted. Jim also has an impressive
E93 complete set on the registry.
One question, though -- why does the Wagner show a grade of "N4"?
Is that just a typo?

The page you referred says: "N-4 Questionable Authenticity - This
is the term used when a card is counterfeit." I guess that Wagner
card is not so impressive afterall.
