The best, Gem Brilliant Uncirculated to describe the coins in an unopened obw roll.
The ones that Coast to Coast and other jackasses has used is Borderline Uncirculated. All with the blessing of Coin World. But then again, nothing is Borderline anymore. They made it to Brilliant Uncirculated!
