Sorry ... I wasn't thinking --- but the pillar coat of arms should be a dead giveaway - Spain 1774

Well, they should be, and I thought so but wanted to be sure. I don't have my 18th century Krause book with me at work. If no one else helps you out today I'll look it up tonight when I get home from work.
